It all starts with your audience

Building a business is hard. Surely, having a strong product is a must to enable any kind of remarkable business growth. However, as an external growth partner, what we care about is your customers. We need to understand them deeply and why they would buy your solution.

We combine several business strategies and methodologies which we'll explore in a couple of workshops. In a nutshell, the idea is to understand what your customers care about, what is unique about your product. By combining both pieces of research, we will understand the key messages we need to share with our targeted audience.

Once we believe we found what will resonate with them (i.e. we'll need to develop 3-5 different key messages). Market validation will come in the next stage.

Even better, by deeply understanding your customers, your product and your market, we can then build the ideal end-to-end funnel from lead generation to referral and retention.

Build a bespoke growth map

Today, you cannot simply rely on paid advertising to drive sales and hope for the best. Whether you're a SaaS or an E-commerce platform, B2B or B2C, there are a dozen strategic questions we need to answer together. We will then be able to draw your growth map.

It's not any kind of map: expect a dynamic funnel built with forecasts so that we can also set clear KPIs when we deploy the strategy.
